EULA - End User License Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Software License Agreement for Time of War

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: Make sure to read and understand all rights and restrictions described in this license agreement.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using Time of War (the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), you agree to be bound by the terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms below, Oniric Games hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Under this license, you may: (i) install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer for your personal, private use, (ii) copy the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for back-up or archival purposes. (iii)You may not distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to others without first obtaining the required licenses.

2. LIMITATIONS
You may not: (i) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or attempt to discover the source code; (ii) modify, or create derivative works based upon the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in whole or in part without the express written consent of Oniric Games; (iii) distribute copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; (iv) resell, lease, rent, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

3. COPYRIGHT
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, and text) are owned by Oniric Games, unless otherwise stated.

4. NO WARRANTIES
ONIRIC GAMES PROVIDES THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT "AS IS" AND WITH ALL ITS DEFECTS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INDLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU.

5. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES
IN NO EVENT SHALL ONIRIC GAMES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INOFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT, EVEN IF ONIRIC GAMES HAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES
